By participating in coaching services or using materials from this Site, you acknowledge and agree that results vary individually and that The Good Life Mom© makes no guarantees of specific outcomes.

3. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations

Coaching Services

Payment for coaching sessions and packages is required prior to the first session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited at the Company’s discretion.

Coaching packages expire six (6) months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Digital Products and Courses

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once materials have been accessed or downloaded.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site and its Content lawfully and respectfully. You may not:

Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with one;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or our systems;
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site; or
